White Hart XXIII Menu

The theme for this year’s White Hart feast, per the request of the Lord and Lady of the White Hart, is a simple pub-style menu.

Feast Menu

First Remove

Fladen
Steak, chicken, cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, olive oil, flour, yeast, sugar

Pipe Farces (V)
Cheese, flour, breadcrumbs, egg

Salad (V, GF)
Lettuce, vegetables, parsley and other herbs, vinegar, olive oil, sugar

Garlic Sauce (V)
Garlic, milk, flour, butter, salt, pepper

 

Second Remove

Giant Pretzels with sausage
Pork, mace, sage, long pepper, salt, flour, yeast, butter

Brussels Sprouts (V, GF)
Brussels sprouts, olive oil, vinegar, salt, rosemary

Braised onions (V, GF)
Onions, butter, oil, salt, pepper

Mustard (V)

 

Third Remove

Applemus (V)
Apples, butter, eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, cardamom

Cookies (V)
